The 360 staff are highly qualified and experiences high school and club coaches, as well as current and former collegiate players. Everything we do and teach supports our core principles:
Dann Jacobson, Director of 360 Volleyball Academy, has served as a teacher and the Girls' Varsity Volleyball Head Coach at Nicolet High School for over 30 years. Throughout Jacobson’s 37 years as a coach, his teams and players have found great successes in their club, high school, and college volleyball endeavors. His positive coaching style, strength of character, incredible sportsmanship, and extensive experience teaching the game to players of various abilities have earned him the respect of opposing coaches and the gratitudes of parents and players alike. 360’s philosophy is the outgrowth of Jacobson’s passion for volleyball, dedication to education, and determination to help kids develop to their full potential as athletes and people. Jacobson has been named North Shore Conference’s Coach of the Year 7 times and was recently inducted into the Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.
